Who we are
This website is operated by Blaq Packer Software Solutions ("we", "us"). You can reach us at lou@blaqpacker.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget and a description of your project. You send this by email, WhatsApp or phone, or through the enquiry form, which opens a pre-filled email in your own email service. We do not receive anything until you press send.
This site does not use advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser may share your IP address with Google when the page loads.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with providers who help us run our business (for example email and hosting), and where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given and take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
